At Craft Bay, creativity is all about fun, hands-on learning, and joyful discovery! Every workshop is designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and let children proudly create unique masterpieces—beautiful, practical, and made with their own hands.
Our workshops feature three levels of difficulty, thoughtfully designed for large groups and a wide range of ages.
We’ve successfully run programs in holiday camps, OOSH programs, and school craft incursions across Sydney, and kids can’t get enough!
We can accommodate 40–75 children per OOSH activity, or 20 children for the Independence Camp, and to make sure everyone has the best experience, we split kids into three age groups:

Each group enjoys its own session, perfectly matched to their skill level. Every session runs for around 1 hour—packed with creativity, laughter, and fun!

Meet the Creator Behind Craft Bay – Claire Guo
The joyful and thoughtful world of Craft Bay was created by Claire Guo, a passionate designer, artist, and devoted mother of two — a boy and a girl — who understands how children think, feel, and grow.
Before founding Craft Bay, Claire spent over 10 years designing computer games for 7-14 years old children, including a hit title that reached over 10,000 concurrent users. She’s also an experienced data analyst and a professional paper flower artist, known for transforming simple materials into stunning handmade creations.
But it was motherhood that truly reshaped her vision. After having her son and daughter, Claire realized how important it is for kids to feel deeply connected to the real world and to real people — not just entertained by screens. She saw how much more joyful and grounded children become when they create with their hands, laugh with others, and feel proud of something real.
Motivated by this, Claire poured all her experience into designing Craft Bay — a new kind of craft workshop that blends the fun of creative play with the warmth of emotional connection. These lessons are not about perfecting skills, but about helping kids feel happy, confident, and connected.
Claire’s unique background — a mix of digital design, artistic craftsmanship, data insight, and motherhood — gives Craft Bay its fresh, modern heart. Each workshop is carefully built to be joyful, playful, and real — leading kids away from screen-based fun and back to the simple magic of making something by hand.
